Step One

A local farm or barn in need of assistance contacts us with work or a job requirement.

We will find a pre-qualified, best suited hand to assist you with the work you need done on the ranch.

We will provide the client farm with a quote for the work; including the hourly rate and applicable fees.

We will manage all the logistics with the selected farm & barn hand so they are well prepared with background of the requirements for the job.

The work is performed by the hired farm hand.

We will handle all the paperwork after the job is completed. Including invoicing and payments.

Both farm and farm hand are rated for future reviews, projects and hires.
